Negotiations Associate

We are seeking a person who fits our culture and has a passion for negotiation. You would help our clients build negotiation and partnership strategies, implement our frameworks and tools for better outcomes, review financial implications, and prepare for and coach clients through individual negotiations.
Your core attributes include:
5-10 years of experience
Strategic, problem-solving orientation
Curiosity for learning more and peeling back the layers
Strong interest/skill in all aspects of negotiation
Financial/P&L acumen
The ability to influence others, often without direct authority
Client-oriented demeanor, with a bias for action, willing to work collaboratively in the trenches to make things happen
Combination of confidence and humbleness
Entrepreneurial and fun-loving spirit
